QUESTIONS TO THE WARRIOR

Built to be

Born to see

Through the depths

And I am free

Did you fight off tears?

Did you face your fears?

Did you beat the odds?

After all these years

When the days felt heavy, did you turn to the light?

When your mind thought panic, did you let it think right?

Questions will be questions and words will be words

Actions speak louder, so the answers could be heard

But even then, it’s not as simple as it seems

The voice in your head still cries and screams

Did you listen or did you hear?

Did you look, did you see?

Questions will be questions

And that’s all they’re meant to be

When you find the answer

Consider the mission complete

Then rise again

And let the cycle repeat

When the sun goes down, the lion still roars

When the wind is strong, the eagle still soars

When the waves are violent, and crashing the shores

That’s when the warrior becomes the storm—and the world is yours
